Rather, start training your mindset to be more positive and start telling a new story. A better story. The kind of story where you’re living the kind of life you truly want.
Your thoughts and beliefs matter so be sure they’re optimistic. Meditate on success. Think it and speak it. Get around others who have it. As you do, you’ll automatically be making some breakthroughs.
3. Feel It
How would you feel if you experience that breakthrough? Pretty terrific, right? As you find and start working your strategy, feel as if you’ve already made that breakthrough now. Your emotional state in the present moment may be more powerful than you think. Along with optimism, feel confident now that you’re indeed going to break through whatever it is, you’re needing to.
